#BocconiCorrespondents - A view of lockdown from Alessandro in Brussels Alessandro Gropelli, a 2009 graduate in Public Management, has been living in lockdown since March 18 in Brussels, where he is Director of Strategy & Communications at ETNO, the European Telecoms Network Operators association. “People here have generally been compliant and one good thing is that the emergency has finally pushed through, after one year of stalled negotiations, the formation of a government,” he tells. “And my hope is that the good intentions of finding a pan European solution to the crisis also find a positive outcome.”
