Cool Down Stretch with George from Personal Touch Fitness Hold each stretch/position for 10-30 seconds

Knee hug - A lower back and glute stretch

Forward bend - A full posterior chain stretch, from the back of your legs all the way up to your mid-back

Butterfly - A stretch for the adductor muscles, on the inside of your thighs

Pretzel Glute Stretch - A stretch for your glutes, medial glutes and abductor muscles on the outside of your thigh

Quad Stretch - A stretch for the quad muscles on the front of the thigh

Shoulder Crossover Stretch - A stretch for the medial and rear deltoid muscles of the shoulder and the muscles of the upper back, the rhomboids and the traps

Overhead Triceps Stretch - A stretch for the triceps, lats and oblique muscles. Stretching down the entire side of the upper body

Chest Stretch - A stretch for the anterior deltoid muscles in the front of the shoulder and the pec muscles of the chest

Head rotations - An important piece of stretching and mobility work for the neck/cervical vertebrae
