Accept the drink at the end of chapter 3
Chose to go to her at the start of chapter 10
Aerith:
Accept flower in chapter 2
Complete all missions in chapter 8 to get her cutscene
Chose to go to her at the start of chapter 10
Barret:
Don't complete any of the optional side missions in chapter 3 & 8 (so don't trigger the special cutscenes with either Aerith or Tifa).
