STOP Feeling Unproductive & Pressured During COVID-19 Is anybody else feeling immensely pressured about being #productive during COVID-19? Maybe you're seeing tons of other people being super productive, or reading articles and posts about people doing X, Y, and Z and subconsciously feeling pressured and believing you should be doing something too.

In this video, I share 5 tips on how to stop feeling unproductive, how to stop believing you're lazy during this time, and to stop feeling pressured to be a productivity superhero during the COVID-19 pandemic. These are just some of the stuff that helped me, and so I thought it might be useful to others as well.

I want to provide some comfort to those who are struggling with this and consequently beating themselves up over it.

If you're struggling to get work done these days, give yourself permission to feel absolutely OK about it. Don't ever - for a moment - beat yourself up and engage in mentally sabotaging yourself by believing and labeling yourself as an unproductive, lazy person.

Instead, take a breather. Use this time to adjust. Don't react and kneejerk yourself with self-hurt based on the productivity super stories you read about on social media. Set small, simple, attainable goals. And most importantly - remember that your journey is a marathon, not a sprint.
