This is a vigorous cardio workout in the BYOM (Bring Your Own Music) or listen to the beep fashion. The stretches are on a 1 2 3 4 [stretch] 5 6 7 8 [rest] next leg (as an example) pace. The cardio is obviously paced.

Jumping jacks are hard to do at 200 in full. They are mini at 240.
