26yr old, BRIAN SHAW vs Poundstone, Ostlund, Ortmayer at Madison Sq Garden 2008

The WORLD's STRONGEST MAN ARENA TOUR went to MADISON SQUARE GARDEN in 2008, where a then - 26 year old BRIAN SHAW - was competing in only his 2nd major International contest.

Up against the likes of Derek POUNDSTONE, TRAVIS ORTMAYER, Dave OSTLUND and Mark FELIX, the big 6 ft 7 inch American held his own....as well as two beautiful local ladies!

Brian SHAW has since - gone on - to be one of the most successful Strongmen of all time having 4 World's Strongest Man titles to his name.

This was the first time The World's Strongest Man had been held in the Garden. Travis ORTMAYER eventually was crowned 'King of The Garden'.
