In Focused 5 Mins Glutes you will start with a hovering glute raise alternating between parallel and turned out position, then move into a hovered knee to chest and leg extension, a down dog large rang of motion leg extension and finally a staggered glute raise with one elbow down and the supporting leg in hover. You will do all the exercises on one side and then repeat on the other.
