Today, we’re doing something a little different! Billy has been making Dalgona coffee a lot lately, so we’ll be teaching you guys how to make that viral whipped coffee drink everyone has been raving about! It’s so simple and easy to make, with ingredients that you most likely already have at home if you’re a coffee lover like Billy! Also, a lot of you guys have been requesting us to make a #mukbang video, so Coleen will be having some ribs!
But get this: we’re doing all of this with a twist! We’ll be doing (or trying to do) everything with each others’ hands! This is our little version of the popular #NotMyHandsChallenge!
Hope you guys enjoy it as much as we enjoyed filming it!
God bless you always! ✨

RECIPES:
DALGONA COFFEE
* Mix 2tbsp of coffee, 2tbsp of sugar and 2tbsp of water, and whisk until mixture is thick and creamy. You can adjust the sugar according to how sweet you want it.
* Fill a glass (over halfway) with milk and ice.
* Use a spatula to transfer the mixture on top of the milk. Stir, and enjoy!
* Billy likes to add caramel syrup and chocolate syrup for his fave combo!
RIBS
* Bring out some baby back ribs (can be bought in most groceries!)
* Using your hands, cover the ribs in some meat rub (we used Rufus Teague meat rub, which we got from Healthy Options, but you can also make some at home!) and leave to marinate overnight.
* Spread some BBQ sauce on the ribs as you cook them on the grill, then add and spread even more before serving!
For the Adobo rice, we just took some leftover Adobo from the day before and shredded the meat using utensils, then we minced garlic and onions and cooked everything together in a pan, added the rice, and seasoned it with pepper and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce!
For the veggies, we grilled some broccoli, carrot strips, green and red bell peppers, zucchinis, and onions, then sautéed them in butter and garlic!
