All HPCL Retail Outlet Dealers have to upload KYC Documents in their HPCL Portal latest by 30.05.20 failing which their supplies will be stopped wef 01.06.20 owing to non-compliance. The following documents are required for uploading KYC : Last IT Return of the firm
Last Annual Report of the firm
Letter from Bank confirming the name of the persons operating the account through which payment for supplies of MS/HSD/Lubes are being made
Registered Partnership Deed (in case of partnership firm)
Pan Card of the firm
Dealership Agreement First and Last Page
Retail Selling License/DSO License
All the documents are to be in PDF or JPEG format only with each file size less that 1 MB. Pls contact your Sales Officer for any clarification on the above.
