Things are a little out of whack these days but don't let that steal your joy. Now happens to be one of those times for Alpha.

Get out of the hole of self-destruction!

1. Manage your time -- keep a daily routine. Alpha has a step-by-step list that he follows throughout his day.

2. Cut out alcohol -- it may momentarily make you feel better, but you will end up feeling worse in the long-run

3. Get proper sleep -- make sure your room is cold and don't surf your phone while lying in bed
